"Life through a lens."
From past to present I have always been an avid photographer. The very first camera I used was my dad's Nikon N2000 film SLR. Ever since that time I have never doubted the quality of an SLR. When digital photography came along, I had the opportunity to start with a DSLR (I didn't own it!). I worked for a local retail photo studio with an Olympus E10. I eventually owned my first digital camera, the Canon A80. It did the job for a few years until I was fed up with the performance it lacked compared with SLRs. When I saw the release of the Nikon D50 I jumped at the opportunity of combining the advantages of a digital camera and an SLR and ever since I have been back in my photography groove. After agressively shooting at various location and events, I decided to move on to the D200 for the advanced features and the increase in shooting flexiblity. Why such a shutterbug you ask? Time is priceless and a photo is a capture of a moment in time... |
